Heat mats

Heat mats are intended for local heating, mainly for warming-up of animal beds. They are used for breeding of animals including piglets, puppies, etc. It is commonly used to improve thermal comfort in dog kennels.They are used for cats and other warmth-loving animals. They can also be used at cold workplaces for keeping your workers’ feet warm.

The heat mat is an electrically heated bed with an integrated NOMATERM II heating unit.

The heating unit is polyester-coated, reinforced with a glass mat.

The heat mat has a 3m long 2 × 0.75 cable. The length of the power cable can be customized upon request.

Insulated TD 230 heat mat

The insulated TD 230 heat mat features an integrated NOMATERM II heating unit.

The heating unit is polyester-coated, reinforced with a glass fabric mat, and its back is insulated.

The thickness of the heat pad is 18 mm.

The heat mat has a 3m long 2 × 0.75 cable and an opening for installing a temperature sensor. Upon request, the mat can be delivered with a cable of different length.

The TD 230 heat mat is intended for heating animal beds.

The TD 230 heat mat features a polyester-coated NOMATERM II heating unit reinforced with a glass mat.

The heat mat has a 3m long 2 × 0.75 cable. Upon request, the pad can be delivered with a cable of different length.

The product is classified as a Class II appliance with IP 67 protection.

The heat mat is 8 mm thick and has no insulation.

Upon request, the panel can also be adapted for 24V or manufactured in a different size.

Grid-mounted TD 230 heat mat

The grid-mounted heat mat is designed to be mounted on grid frames. The grid-mounted mat has a cable outlet on the bottom side and cannot be therefore placed directly on flat floor.

The grid-mounted TD 230 heat mat features an integrated NOMATERM II heating unit.

The heating unit is polyester-coated, reinforced with a glass fabric mat, and its back is insulated with polyurethane. It has an opening for installing a temperature sensor.

Hot-water heat mat

The hot-water heat mat is made of POLYLITE 415-041 resin filled with sand and chopped glass fibre.

Water is distributed throughout the panel using 10 mm copper pipes covered with reflective foil insulation on the rear side.

There are two outlets fitted with DN 20 3/4 brass sleeve pieces for the connection of hot water pipes on the bottom of the mat.
